Editorial policy
How we write, review and correct our content.
This page explains how content on Aansoo.com is created and maintained, so you know what to expect and what not to rely on.
What our content is and is not
Our tools, quizzes and guides are written for education, reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or relationship-counselling advice. See our Disclaimer.
How tools are written
- Quiz statements are written in plain language and reviewed for tone so they do not shame or diagnose.
- Result descriptions are written to be encouraging and practical, and to direct people to professional or crisis support where appropriate.
- Generators combine original lines written for this site. Quotes attributed to named authors are included only where the attribution is well established, and we correct any misattribution we are told about.
How guides are written
Guides explain concepts such as love languages, expressive writing and boundaries in plain language. Where we mention research or authors, we describe it cautiously and note where evidence is limited. We avoid promising outcomes.
Sensitive topics
Where a tool touches loneliness, grief or hopelessness, we include information about seeking help. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis service; in the US you can call or text 988, and findahelpline.com lists services worldwide.
Corrections
If you find an error or a statement you think is misleading, please tell us. We review corrections promptly and update pages when needed.
Advertising and independence
We may display advertising to support the site. Advertisers do not influence our tools, results or guides, and we do not accept payment to recommend products within content.
